My Own Experiences

I am a married mother of five, 3 whom I birthed, 2 gifted to me by marriage. I have my BS in Nutrition/ Dietetics and have 10 years working in a healthcare administrative role. I completed my doula training with LifeSpan Doulas of Ann Arbor. I am a strong advocate for human rights and co-founder of Lapeer Pride.

I have experience with teen pregnancy, abortion, advanced maternal age, premature rupture of membranes, premature infants, cesarean section, baby wearing, cloth diapering, LGBTQ+ families, blended families, breastfeeding, neurodiversity and more.

Every person deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated, evidence-based choices about their pregnancy and birth. I’m here to provide unbiased information and emotional support.
